Requirements

Please come and visit our showroom at a time that suits you, whether during office hours, evenings, or weekends. You’ll be able to explore a curated selection of illustrations and samples to see and feel up close, including door colours, handles and styles, worktop materials, colour swatches, and more. We can then discuss your ideas and vision for your made-to-measure kitchen, and we’ll advise on how best to bring them to life.

Design

Once we’ve narrowed down the options, we’ll take detailed measurements and create a realistic 3D visual to show how your chosen kitchen could look in situ. This allows you to see how your dream kitchen will take shape and function within the available space. Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll provide a detailed quotation based on the agreed layout.

Personal touch

We pride ourselves on offering a truly professional service with a personal touch and excellent customer care. As a small team of two, you’ll deal with no more than the same two people throughout the entire process, allowing us to stay fully involved and up to date at every stage of your project.

We liaise personally with your chosen kitchen fitters and tradespeople to ensure all work is carried out correctly and with care. We also manage any potential issues should they arise, helping to keep your project running smoothly and on track.

Alternatively, we can offer a full installation service using our trusted, experienced fitters.

Delivery and aftercare

As a general guideline, our kitchens are completed within a four to six-week turnaround, from initial design through to final quality checks. This timeframe may vary depending on the range, colours, and options you choose.

For us, aftercare is just as important as the design process itself. You can be confident that your Silver Birch Kitchen Design experience continues well beyond project completion. We remain on hand for any queries, last-minute adjustments, or advice whenever needed.
